Rates and Insurance

We accept private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, credit cards, cash, or payment plans.

Please have your insurance information available at first appointment along with any copay you may owe for visits. If there are questions about what is covered under your specific insurance plan, we encourage you to contact the number on the back of your card.

If you do not currently have health insurance, we do offer a cash payment option. The prices are as follows:

Initial visit: $150

Follow up visit: $125 for one hour session

Psychiatric testing: $150 per hour including face time and evaluation time. Expect 5-8 hours.

Patients with no insurance who are not financially able to afford services may qualify for a discount according to our Sliding Fee Discount Program. . Please stop by the office or call to inquire about financial assistance.

We strive to fit as many patients into our schedule as possible so we can help as many people as possible. Please give at minimum a 24 hour notice for cancellation. We understand that things come up.

If a patient has 3 no shows or late cancellation, we reserve the right to terminate services. If a patient would like to continue with services, the full amount will have to be paid upfront and it will be refunded if the session is attended and covered by insurance. We reserve the right to charge $100 for a no show.

We accept major credit cards in the clinic or over the phone. To make an online payment, click on the payment button below. We accept cash or checks by mail or in the office. Please contact the office to set up a payment plan.
